Fastlite Element
A hob element sealed under a ceramic hob but with much faster heat response than standard ceramic elements.
Halogen Element
Each element – held under easy to clean glass is heated by halogen tubes, providing instant ‘light up’.
Induction Hob
Induction hobs are very accurate so it is possible to create a constant low temperature – perfect for simmering food. They are extremely fast and don’t waste heat, so they use a lot less energy. A magnetic field also means that if there is no saucepan on the hob but the power is on, the surface will not heat up until a suitable saucepan is placed on it. Induction hobs must be used in conjunction with an enamelled steel, cast iron or stainless steel pan.

Glass lid with auto safety shut-off
Another safety feature for Belling. When the lid of the hob is lowered, the hob rings are switched off automatically. On the Belling 60cm freestanding products, the control knobs turn off completely when the lid is lowered.

Safety Glass Shelves
The safety glass shelves, featured on the Belling refrigeration products, make for easier cleaning as well as allowing for adjustable shelf positions. They also have shelf trims to make them safer and user friendly.
